A round 'bout winter now we sing

As winter's images we bring

So close your eyes and fantasize

And feel ol' winter's icy sting

Won't you come outside and play?

Bring along your skis and sleigh

Careful 'cause it's slippery

Bend your knees now one, two, three

Down the slip'pry slopes we go

Gliding through the mounds of snow

If you fall we'll lend a hand

In this wintry wonderland

Now some folks live down south you know

They never see a flake of snow

They're swimming, diving in a lake

While others shiver 'round and shake

Building castles in the sand

Working on a perfect tan

Water skiing for the brave

Surfing on the perfect wave

North or south or east or west

We like winter time the best

Freezing cold or blazing sun
